Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Customized or personalized products
Digital products or downloadable content
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a SPUNKY error or defective item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at standout@spunkyones.com with:

Photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue
We will work quickly to replace the item or issue a refund if appropriate.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size or product defects, subject to product availability. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
